How to Change Turn Signal Bulbs 2010-15 Toyota Prius

How to replace a broken, damaged or burnt out turn signal light bulb to the 11 Toyota Prius.

step 1 :Servicing the Bulbs
- Remove the 10mm bolt from the splash shield beneath the bumper
- Pull down the splash shield
- Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise out of the light
- Pull the bulb off of the socket
- Push on the new bulb
- Twist the bulb clockwise into the light
- Insert the splash shield into place
- Tighten the 10mm bolt to the splash shield

We're going to raise and support our vehicle. We have a two-post lift, but you can do this in the driveway on the ground.
On each side of the bumper underneath the bumper, there'll be a 10mm bolt right here, and a trim clip right here that you can remove. Then you can pull down this here and look up.
Your signal bulb is up here. So you want to grab it and push it in a little bit. Turn it counter-clockwise and pull it out.
Now you can grab the bulb, and pull straight out. Re-install your bulb. You can put it in either way here. Just push it back into place 'til it clicks.
Reach up, find the opening. Find where the tabs go in right there, and then turn the socket clockwise to lock it. Procedure is the same thing on the other side.
Feed this back up here like that. Re-install your bolt here and your trim clip there.
