step 1 :Checking the Power Steering Fluid Level
- The power steering reservoir is located at the front of the engine compartment
- Check the power steering fluid with the engine off
- Remove the cap and clean the dip stick
- Replace and remove the reservoir cap
- The proper fluid level is between the markings on the dip stick
- Top off with manufacturer specified power steering fluid, as necessary

The power steering fluid reservoir is located right here. Twist the cap off. This one appears to be leaking a little bit. The dipstick is part of the cap, so you can wipe it off. Make sure the car is not running when you do this. Put it back on. Take it off. When you check the fluid level, and you want it in between those two lines. It looks pretty good. You can reinstall like the cap and you're good to go.
