How to check the engine oil level on 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 Honda Odyssey
Funnel
Cloth Rags
Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years.
What's up, guys? I'm Andy from 1A Auto. And today, I'm going to show you how to check your oil level in this 2014 Honda Odyssey. If you need parts for your vehicle, click the link in the description and head over to 1aauto.com.
So I'm going to grab a rag. And to check the oil, there's a dipstick right here. Just grab the dipstick, pull it out. Just going to wipe the oil off the rag first. And then reinsert the dipstick. Put it down, let it sit for a second. And pull the dipstick back out.
You want the check level in between these hash marks. This oil level is right there, which looks good. As long as you are in between those marks, you're good. Wipe it off, and reinsert the dipstick.
If you needed to top off your oil, there's an oil cap right here. Twist it—twist it off. Pull it off. This actually says the type of oil you're going to use—0W-20. Use a funnel and top off your oil. And you reinsert the cap.
And you’re good to go.
