I'll remove this arm baffle. This is held on by two 7 mm screws. There's one under here and one over here. So I'm going to use my 7 mm ratchet and socket, and start removing them. With the two 7 mm screws removed, there is a hidden one behind the console here. This sound cover has a lot of flex in it. I'm just going to pull it down.

Now with the cover lowered, you can see the blow motor resister right here. So there's two 7/32 screws, one here and one in the backside. We're going to remove those. So I'm just using a 7/32 quarter inch drive socket with an extension on my ratchet, so it's easy reach behind here. I'm just going to hold this my other hand as I loosen it. Pull out the resister. Pull this out and unplug it. Push the locking tabs. This other locking tab. And remove the resister.

Our blow motor resister is working okay and we're going to reinstall it. These posts can only go in one way. I'll take that tape off, it's falling off. Move it up into the heater box. Reinstall the 7/32 self-tapping screws using a 7/32 socket ratchet with an extension. Just using my fingertips to tighten these til they get tight and then I'm stopping. Right there.

Push our plastic sound cover back up. There's a couple of ducts to fit over, over here. Install our 7 mm self-tapping screws and put that inside, and use my fingers to tighten these just til I feel them stop. Install the other one that's under here. I'm just going to use my fingers. Just as it gets tight I stop.
