If you're looking to lift up your Explorer on a jack or jack stands, if you want to lift both rear wheels off the ground, I suggest you come in here and put your jack right underneath this cradle right here. That's a good place to jack it up.
Then you would want to put your jack stands right in the front of this control arm where my lift is, or you can also put them anywhere right here where the car is reinforced on these frame rails. Then, in the front, you basically don't want to jack anywhere in the middle of the vehicle. You do not want a jack here. You do not want a jack under the pipe or any of this here.
What you can do is you can jack up on either side. You can see where my lift is right here, where the reinforcement is on the vehicle. I'll show it to you from the outside. Okay. You can also jack right underneath the control arm, and then place a jack stand under here.
Then the same thing for the other side. Jack up underneath the control arm and then place your jack stand back here where it's reinforced.
