step 1 :Setting Up the Jack
- Jack up the car on the pinch weld, control arm, or subframe
- Place a jack stand underneath the rocker panel/pinch weld
- To jack up both rear wheels, jack up from the middle of carriage
- Place jack stands underneath the rocker panel

If you're looking to raise up your car, there are actually pads right in the rocker panel. You can see right here, the little notch that comes down so we're supporting it with our lift there. That's where you would want to lift it in the front. You could also lift underneath and lift your control arm here, or even the frame here. Lift it up and then put your jack stand underneath the rocker there. Then going to the rear we have the same thing.
There is actually reinforcements in the rocker right here. You can probably see the front side of this one right here. If you wanted to lift it up, you could lift it right under the suspension and put your jack stand under the body. If you wanted to lift both rear wheels up you could carefully lift it right under the middle of the carriage here, and then obviously put the jack stands under the reinforcements on the body.
