How to raise and support your vehicle with a jack and jack stands on 06, 07, 08 Honda Pilot.
Jack Stands
Floor Jack
We've got the vehicle up on the lift. We're going to show you how to raise and support it. If you're doing this in your driveway, it should always be on level ground and you should chock any wheels that are not leaving the ground. So say you're looking up the front of the car, you should chock the rear wheel and vice versa.
For the front of the vehicle, you can put your floor jack here and lift it up here. Then you can place jack stands back here and here and here. That'll allow you to work on the suspension. If you're just changing a wheel on one side of the car, there are jacking points here. There's one on the front and one on the rear on both sides. Bring your floor jack over. Lift it up. Change whatever wheel that you need to change.
Also, if you're using a two-post lift, that's where you put your lift pads. At the rear of the vehicle, if you need to jack it up, take your floor jack and put it under here. Jack it up and you can put your jack stands right here under the sub frame. That's how you can lift and support your vehicle
