How to reboot the radio screen on Ford F250 pickup truck
Hi. I'm Mike from 1AAuto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
If your display in your Ford gives you trouble, this is common to many vehicles. For example, mine, the radio wouldn't play. It's very simple, just reset it. We're doing this on an F250, but it's the same for any vehicle.
Go into your manual and find your fuses, and you want to find the fuse for the SYNC GPS Module and radio face plate. For our vehicle, it's number 29, and it's a 20 amp, and we can find that right down here. Pull that cover off. Pull the fuse cover off. There's a fuse puller right inside.
We know we want to get number 29, which is this bottom one, second one on the bottom. So, go in, grab it with your fuse puller. Pull it.
Now, just take your fuse and push it back in. Make sure it's set all the way in, and you can see your SYNC screen boots right back up.
If you're having problems with your radio or any of the controls not working with the touch screen, they should work now.
We hope this helped you out. Please shop 1AAuto.com for shocks, struts, suspension, lighting, mirrors, window regulators, and much more. All your auto parts needs online at 1AAuto.com.
