How to Remove Bumper 2000-07 Volvo V70

step 1 :Removing the Bumper Cover
- Remove the plastic clips from the top of the bumper cover
- Pry off the black trim pieces from the exterior of the bumper cover with a trim tool
- Lift the cap of the headlight wiper arm
- Remove the 8mm bolt from the headlight wiper arm
- Press the wiper arm up in and out to loosen and remove
- Remove the 12mm mounting bolts from the front of the bumper cover
- Remove the T20 Torx bolt from the wheel well
- Pull out the bumper cover
- Disconnect the sensor harness
- Disconnect the headlight wiper arm with a flat blade screwdriver
- Disconnect the second sensor wiring harness

step 2 :Installing the Bumper Cover
- Press the bumper cover into place
- Connect the headlight wiper arm to the washer hose
- Connect the sensor wiring harnesses
- Tighten the T20 Torx bolt to the wheel well
- Tighten the 12mm mounting bolts to the front of the bumper cover
- Press the wiper arm into place
- Tighten the 8mmm bolt to the headlight wiper arm
- Press on the black trim pieces to the exterior of the bumper cover
- Press on the plastic clips to the top of the bumper cover
