Here are the items you'll need for this repair: 7mm socket and ratchet

Remove the two 7 millimeter screws, securing this panel underneath the passenger side floor. We'll do this using the 7 millimeter socket ratchet and extension. Once the two screws are removed, remove the panel from under the dash. You'll have to push it over to the passenger side to release it from its hook next to the blower motor. Remove the panel from the vehicle.

The blower motor resistor is located here all the way against the firewall under that cover. Push down, and release both connectors. Remove the two quarter-inch screws, one on either side. We'll do this with the socket and ratchet. Remove the blower motor resistor from the vehicle.

Reinstall the blower motor resistor. Start your two quarter-inch screws. Once you've got them in a couple of threads by hand, we'll finish tightening them up with the socket and ratchet. Reinstall the electrical connectors. Reinstall the under dash cover. Remember, it goes to the passenger side first. Then we'll have to pull it over and reinstall the two 7 millimeter screws. We'll start these by hand and then tighten them down with a socket and ratchet.
