Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video we're going to show you how to replace a camshaft position sensor on this 2010 Volvo XC60 with the 3.2 inline-six non-turbo engine. The only tool you'll need for this is a T30 Torx driver.
Lift up on your engine cover and pull it free. You're cam shaft position sensors are located here and here. On the one that you want to replace, just push the tab on the harness and disconnect it and then remove this T30 screw.
Now pull the sensor up and out, take your new sensor and push it down into place and then replace that T30 screw. Once you've tightened it up, just reconnect your harness. Make sure the grommets on your engine cover are in place and then push the cover back down into place. You're all set.
