How to replace a broken, damaged or burnt out fog light bulb to the 16 Ram 1500

step 1 :Locate the Bulb Connection
- Locate the fog light bulb and its electrical connection

step 2 :Disconnecting the Electrical Connector
- Lift up the locking tab
- Pull the connector straight out

step 3 :Replacing the Bulb
- Turn the bulb counterclockwise
- Pull straight out
- Line up the new bulb
- Turn clockwise to locks in place

step 4 :Reconnecting the Electrical Connector
- Line up the connection and press in until it locks into place

You should be wearing gloves.
To get to your fog light bulbs, this'll be the same on both sides. You go up here, there's a white clip that's locking the connector to the bulb. It's actually kind of gray. Lift it up, and then push the connector back to unlock it.
Then turn the bulb, counterclockwise, to unlock it. Take the bulb out. The 9006 bulb. This one's in good shape so reuse it.
And we'll re-install it, put it right back in here. Make sure you don't touch it with your fingers, you should be wearing gloves. Kind of find the locks, the little tabs to line it up.
It will slide into place and then turn it clockwise to lock it and plug the connector back in. Doesn't really snap, but it locks in place.
