How to find your fuse box and change your fuses on 14 Subaru Crosstrek
Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
Open the door. Reach down underneath. There's a little logo here telling you where the hood release is. Pull it down and look for the safety release. It's right here. Push it to the passenger side. Put the prop rod in the normal position. There's also a service position for the prop rod to lift the hood up further. Put it in there. Give you more space. You don't hit your head.
Under hood fuses are located behind this panel. You just unlock it by pushing these two tabs in and lifting it up. It'll unclip. Inside of it is labeled with the front, and it is basically a map of your fuse panel. So all of these here correspond to all the fuses here. Find the appropriate one that's failed and you can replace it. There are some spare fuses mounted inside the cover and inside the fuse panel is a tool to help you pull them out.
The interior fuse panel is located behind this panel here. Open it up. You can actually pop this off and there's a diagram of the fuses. It tells you pointing to the top, so looking directly at the fuses this way matches this diagram here of where the fuses are. So you just find the fuse that you need to change. On the under hood fuse panel there is a fuse puller tool and spare fuses. Just replace this cover. Pop it back into place.
