Here are the items you'll need for this repair.
Remove the knee panel of the truck by getting your fingers behind it and pulling straight out towards you. Then remove the 7mm screw and the left side of the bezel around the instrument panel. We'll then pop that panel we removed the screw from forward. You don't need to remove this completely. Then grab this piece of trim where our headlight bezel is and pull straight out. You can sneak it out from under that dash panel. We'll push down on the tab and remove the electrical connector. Then there are three prongs around it that you'll need to push down to remove it from the bezel. Remove the switch.
Install your new switch into the panel by lining it up and snapping it back in. Turn that off. Slide the panel back in and snap all of your retainers back into place as well as the retainers on the side panel. Reinstall the 7mm screw. Reinstall the knee panel and you're good to go.
