On the passenger side, underneath the glove box, you want to remove this panel. It's held in with three 7 millimeter bolts. One more, the third one right there. We'll just fast forward as Don removes all three of those. Now pull this panel straight back so it releases this clip.

Next you want to disconnect your blower motor harness. To do that you just push on the tab and pull the harness free. Next you want to remove these three quarter inch bolts. There's two right here and then one on the back. We'll just fast forward as Don removes all three of those. Once those are removed, you can pull your blower motor down and out. You want to pull this harness free. Now your blower motor's free. Take your new one, push it up into place, and then replace those three quarter inch bolts and reconnect the harness. Take this panel and you want to push these two clips into these two slots. Push them back in and push the panel up and then replace those 7 millimeter bolts. Then you're all set.
