In this video, we're going to show you how to service your license plate light and no tools are required, but to make things a little easier, we use a pair of pliers with the tips wrapped in electrical tape, which we'll explain in the video.
Your license plate light is located right here. Twist out the lens. And the bulb's right here; you can just pull it right out.
To put a new bulb into place, it's a lot easier if you have a pair of pliers. Just so it's a little gentler on the bulb, we wrap it in electrical tape. Put the bulb into the pliers and then feed it back up into place. Then push it the rest of the way. Twist on your license plate cap. You're all set.
