In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a mass air flow sensor on this 2010 Volvo XC60. The only tools you'll need for this is a flat blade screwdriver, a T15 Torx driver, and a T25 Torx driver.
Start off by loosening and pulling up on these four T25 Torx screws. We'll just fast-forward as Don does that. Lift up the top of your air intake box and then just pull it back. Then push the tab on this harness on your mass air flow sensor and pull it free. Then remove these two T15 Torx screws. We'll just fast forward as Don does that. Pull the sensor free.
Take your new sensor and push it into place. Then replace those two T15 screws and tighten them up. Reconnect your harness and then push your air intake box back and then into place. Then tighten up those four T25 Torx screws. You're all set.
