Learn how to replace the mud flap yourself with the steps in this how-to video
What's up guys? I'm Andy from 1A Auto. In this video I'm going to show you how to remove and reinstall the mudflaps on this 2010 Toyota Rav4. If you need parts for your vehicle, click the link in the description and head over to 1aauto.com.
I'm just going to take a Phillips head screwdriver. Remove this screw right here. Just like that. Set it aside. Now for taking the screws out, I'm going to use a stubby screwdriver. If you don't have a stubby screwdriver. You can always take the wheel off if it makes it easier. Take these screws out and take these other two out. All right. There you go. And just hide it off.
I'm just going take a little all purpose cleaner. Just clean this up. Get some of the dirt out of there. All right. We'll take the mudflap. Just line it back up. Let me get the top one started first. Get the top screw in there, and then the next one, and the bottom one. And I'll get this one started as well. The bottom back one. Just make sure that's on there properly. I'll just tighten the middle ones first. Just snug them up with the same Phillips head screwdriver and then the top one, and then the lower bottom one on the back. Just snug that up.
