Raise the wiper off of the back window, turn it, and push down on the tab to release it from the arm. Slide it off of the hook on the end of the arm, pull the arm up into the top open here, and remove the wiper blade.

Install the new wiper onto the arm, slide the plastic over that hook until it clicks into place, and place it back onto your rear window.
