Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how to video help you out. The next time you need a part for your vehicle of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video we're going how to show you how to replace the rear bulbs on this 2002 Volvo V70. There are no tools required for this.
To access the bulbs you have to go in through the trunk. Remove the outer panel here and then this inner panel. It's hard to show so what we did is we stuck this light here. If you look up, there is a tab up there. You can see it right there. That is actually the bulb. What you want do is you want to reach up there and twist that and it will pull right out. Change the bulb, push it in turn it and pull it out and then push the new one in, turn it, lock it. Now you want to put it back up in there. Try to remember where the top is when you take these out so they go in the same way. Twist it to lock it and we'll just show you real quick, it's up in there, you can see it right there.
The lower bulb is pretty much the same process. You want to grab onto that tab, twist it and pull it out. Changing the bulb is the same way. You just push it in and turn it. Then you want to put it back into place. Again, turn it to lock it and secure it in place. This bulb is the same process as the other two. Then you want to reapply that inner trim panel and the outer panel. It just locks into place and you're all set.
