The only items you'll need for this repair are your hands and some new wiper blades.
Lift up your wiper arm. Lay the wiper out flat. Pull down to release the tab from the hook. Pull the wiper off of the arm.
When you're getting your new wiper blade ready, it's very important that you carefully place the arm back down on the windshield, as this arm is spring-loaded and this could snap down and crack the glass.
Lift up the wiper arm. Lay a new wiper blade on there. Hook it back up into the hook of a wiper arm. Lay it out flat. Place it back down on the windshield.
These steps are the same for the passenger side.
