Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a wiper arm on this 2010 Volvo XC70. We show you on the driver side but the passenger side is the same procedure. The tools you'll need are a flat blade screwdriver and a 15mm socket and ratchet.
At the end of both wiper arms you'll see these caps. Pry off the cap on the wiper arm you want to replace, and then remove this 15mm nut. Then just push it in and out a couple times and then lift it up and off the stud.
Push the button on the wiper blade and pull it free, and then push it into your new wiper arm. Take your new wiper arm, push it down onto the stud, and line it up where you want it. Then replace that 15mm nut and tighten it up. Then just replace that cap and you're all set.
