Where to Hook Up Jumper Cables 2010-17 Chevy Equinox

Start by opening the hood. Lever on this is right here, it marks hood. Get a pull. Then we find the location of the safety latch. It's right there, move it to the driver's side, lift up.

So, the access panel for the fuse block on this is under the hood in front of the driver's seat. It's marked clearly, and plus it has a red cap on it for jump starting this car.

If one needed to jump start or receive a jump start, you could pull the plastic off, hook your positive cable end on this and the negative battery cable's right here. I would just peel back the protective rubber boot and hook my negative cable here.
