This catalytic converter works, but it ain't perfect. The tabs which the heat shield anchors to did not line up with the original heat shields. I was able to get one of four bolts through both heat shields and the anchor tab on the cat, and twisted copper wire to secure the heat shields through two more of the cat tab holes that were close but not fully aligned enough to slide a bolt through. Then I got the cat fully installed and the Y-pipe did not line up to the bottom flange of the cat as with the original. I was able to wrestle it together, but the cat is supposed to connect to a stay support which bolts to the oil pan but that support bolt did not line up since the bottom flange was not in the same location as original. All that said, the cat is installed and it cleared my P0420 going on 3 weeks. Good enough, not great, but for the price it's a fair deal.
