Wrong design fuel pump

It looks like a fuel pump Assembly where it was designed wrong it wasn't for the 93 2.8 L front wheel drive one reason being it did not have a phase valve without the phase valve. It causes hard starts when hot so the design of this pump is wrong. so if you're looking for a pump for a 2.8 L SAAB front wheel drive I got mine at O'Reilly's auto parts and it's an import direct OE part number A30351. And besides that when I ordered this pump from 1Auto someone had put a camshaft for a 392 hemi in the box and unboxed, and it broke the fuel pump legs on the assembly. Why would they have done that? I didn't even order the camshaft I believe it was intentionally to brake the fuel pump assembly, so I will not be ordering nothing else from these people.
